Rajesh Dubey, Commandant (retd) with 21 years of meritorious career in Border Security Force and MHA has the distinction of being trained and designated as a Master Trainer by BSF, SVPNPA and Indian Army.

His postings in J&K , NE and LWE areas has shaped him into a versatile operational leader with extensive experience in Counter Insurgency and Jungle Operations.

His instructional tenures at Tactical Wing BSF Academy, Commando School BSF and Central School of Weapons & Tactics, Indore has  earned him a reputation of a distinguished instructor in the Indian Security and Defence arena having in depth knowledge of Tactics, Strategy, Operations of War, Weapon Systems and Specialised trainings.

He himself being a Marksman has led the BSF Shooting team in All India Police Duty Meets and has been empanelled as a Judge for All India Police Commando Competitions.
